How fast are orders processed?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping conformation email. Orders placed by 6PM PST with an expedited shipping option will be processed within the same business day. Please note that your order may take longer to process during the holiday season due to the large volume of orders we receive during that time.


Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order once the order has been placed. You may cancel your order only before the order has been processed. To cancel or make changes to your order, contact customer support immediately after you have placed your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You can view the status of your order by logging in to your account and visiting Order History, or by entering your email and order number on the page.
